Job Title: Rental Sales Associate

Job Summary:
Bosley Rental & Supply, Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers with rentals, purchases, and inquiries while ensuring excellent service and product knowledge. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn about our equipment and supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting the right equipment and supplies for their projects.
- Process rental agreements, rental reservations, sales transactions, and returns accurately and efficiently.
- Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and project requirements.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist customers with making reservations.
- Maintain knowledge of rental equipment, tools, and related accessories.
- Coordinate rental deliveries and pickups.
- Promote additional products and services by identifying customer needs and recommending relevant equipment, accessories, or protection plans to enhance their rental experience.
- Ensure the showroom and sales counter are clean, organized, and stocked.
- Assist with loading/unloading equipment for customers as needed.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of tools, construction equipment, or rental industry a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions and managing inventory.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
