Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance to enhance their shopping experience.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers.
- Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise to ensure the store is visually appealing and well-stocked.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience dealing with technology is preferred
- Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
