Boss Exteriors is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team in Canby, Oregon. As the Lead Carpenter, you will play a key role in overseeing the construction and installation of various exterior projects and ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive salary of $33 to $35 per hour.
Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of carpenters and other skilled laborers in the construction and installation of various exterior projects, such as siding, roofing, and windows
- Communicate, plan and budget
- Email updates to customers and project managers
- Utilize company software to build a complete job file
- Monitor progress, quality, and safety on job sites to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to company standards
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Install and repair various exterior features, including siding, roofing, windows, and doors
- Train and mentor junior carpenters and other team members
- Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and other contractors to ensure all project requirements are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in carpentry and construction
- Extensive knowledge of carpentry tools, equipment, and materials
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
- Organized and able to track and manage data
- Physically able to lift and carry heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
