Position Details: Fire Protection Apprenticeship for Full-Time Certified Service Expert in Summit/Wasatch Counties (Park City and surrounding). Our Certified Service Experts play a vital role in maintaining and updating fire protection equipment for our clientele and performing the required maintenance on cylinders. This isn’t just about technical work; it’s also about building lasting professional relationships with our customers. The Apprenticeship Program provides paid training in fire protection, covering sales and customer outreach to foster company growth.

Boss Fire Protection is expanding in Park City, and we’re looking for a driven, self-motivated, and ambitious candidate who wants to master all aspects of fire protection, including: fire extinguishers, suppression systems, and fire sprinklers - while helping to grow and develop the region.

More than an apprenticeship - it’s a career path. We promote from within and are building a leadership team in Summit/Wasatch Counties, with opportunities to advance into Senior Technician and Division Management roles.

What This Role Involves:

🖐️ Hands-on Training & Certification – Learn how to inspect, service, and sell fire protection equipment with paid training and full certification in as little as 14 days (we cover all training costs).

🤝 Sales & Business Development – Building the territory, working alongside an established Senior Technician to expand our Park City operations.

💼 Career Growth – This role is structured for long-term success. Candidates who excel will be cross-trained in extinguishers, suppression, and sprinklers, setting the foundation for future leadership roles if desired.

Requirements to Apply:

✅ Must be 18 (State Licensing Requirement)

✅ Valid driver’s license

✅ BCI background check required for State Fire Marshal licensing (disclose any background concerns upfront – certain convictions are at the discretion of the licensing department; sexual crimes and crimes against children will not be considered licensable).

✅ Ability to commute to or already reside in Summit/Wasatch Counties (Park City, UT area)
