Boss Inc. is working with an established company in growth mode that is looking for a President for their construction/demolition division. This company services government, commercial and residential clients. The President will lead, manage and support multiple branch directors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Resonsible for implementing strategic business objectives, establishing effective day-to-day business operations, and managing company personnel.
- Manages and leads Regional Directors and the company Vice Presidents.
- Implements a company strategy and business operations which fit the vision outlined by the Board.
- Oversees the company’s organizational structure
- Oversees company budgets, metrics, and financials.
- Safeguards the company’s culture, brand, and reputation.
- Oversees company safety and security SOP’s.
- Ensures company resources are available for charitable causes and/or community outreach.
- Manage direct reports, including Annual Performance Reviews, periodic reviews of progress toward annual goals of any direct reports.
Job Requires:
- A background in Operations with experience in construction, federal contracting, or demolition
- A related degree
- Experience managing and supervising a staff at a C-suite level
- Strong analystical skills
- Ability to travel 4-5 days each month

Pay: $151,806.00 - $200,626.00 per year
