Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our presence in Bexar County, Texas. This individual will
be responsible for growing the market, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales by leveraging existing accounts and developing
new opportunities. The ideal candidate has a passion for sales, a deep understanding of construction equipment, and the ability to thrive in a
competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Development: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within Bexar County to grow the market.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat
- business.
- Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of JCB equipment and its applications to provide tailored solutions to.
- customer needs.
- Territory Management: Plan and manage daily sales activities, including customer visits, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
- Industry Insight: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaboration Work closely with the service and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in construction equipment or a related industry.
- Strong communicator, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of the construction and equipment industry is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bexar County and surrounding areas.
- Bilingual preferred
- Willing to get Commercial Driver’s License
