Boss Rambler is a locally owned and operated brewery and taproom in Bend, Oregon. Never static and always progressing, we aim to make each and every carefully crafted bevvy memorable whether it’s a tropical hazy IPA, cocktail-inspired fruited seltzer, or crushable hard iced tea. We like to keep things fresh and fun, while maintaining our unwavering commitment to quality and creativity, and are currently looking to expand our team by adding a brewer/cellar person who shares our same passion and values.

The person we hire will work directly with our Head Brewer to help complete all cellar work and wort production on our 10BBL brewhouse. This person will have collaborative input and be part of a tight-knit and supportive team always in search of the best final product. Qualifications:
- Experience working in a pub or production brewery setting with hands on brewing and cellar work experience
- Canning line operation experience a big plus
- Able to lift 60lbs frequently
- Able to work full shifts on your feet
- Positive attitude and team player
- High attention to detail
- Good at multitasking
- Great work ethic and communication skills
- Flexible schedule
Job Responsibilities:
- Wort production on our 10 BBL three vessel (mash mixer, lauter tun, kettle/whirlpool) brew house from start to finish
- Completion of all cellar tasks including:
- Beer transfers
- Dry hopping and rousing
- Tank cleaning and CIP
- Yeast handling
- Regular DO and Carb readings
- Keg cleaning and filling and general cleaning duties
- Operation of our 4-head Wild Goose canning line
- Packaging
- Pack off on our canning line
