We’re growing—and we’re looking for a people-loving, detail-oriented Brand Ambassador to join our Red Carpet Experience Team.
About the Role
You’ll be the heart and soul of our client experience—visiting homeowners after their security screens are installed, surprising them with a gift basket, walking them through their new screens, and making sure they feel like family.
You’ll also knock on a few neighbors’ doors to introduce Boss, drop off a treat (like cookies!), and plant seeds for future installs. This isn’t about hard selling—it’s about creating meaningful, lasting connections.
You’ll be the person people remember—and talk about—when they rave about how amazing their Boss experience was.
Pay & Perks
- $17/hr base pay
- $25 bonus for every client review that mentions you by name
- $100 for every referral you generate that results in a scheduled estimate
- $100 for every reorder or additional purchase you inspire
- 1% commission on all sales you personally generate
- Mileage reimbursement for local travel
- Flexible schedule (Weekday availability preferred, occasional Saturdays)

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license reliable vehicle
