Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience (include certs or licenses needed):
- High School Degree or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent preferred.
- Previous system administration experience preferred.
- Experience in administration of the Brainier LMS product preferred.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time during peak periods.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required.
- Highly organized with a record of prioritizing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.

- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 lbs., while performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit long periods of time and occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk and hear.
- Physical attendance at the primary work location is required.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the administration of learning content online, including but not limited to; updating course material, creating courses, testing courses, scheduling instructor-led training offerings, maintaining social learning features, curating content library, enrolling users, data mapping and integration, and general user maintenance.
- Performs technical and customer support of the system to internal users; troubleshoot issues through recreation and exploration of alternatives for quick, reliable resolution.
- Monitors system effectiveness in satisfying user needs and company objectives, and reports issues to management that hinder its effectiveness.
- Responsible for file management of certificates and regular auditing of compliance training and monitoring and editing data as needed.
- Generates reporting on learning content to support business goals. Provides management and legal with regular compliance reporting.
- Explores ways to improve information delivery and compliance. Researches other systems and recommend best practices to deliver training and policy information to company team members.
- Promotes positive LMS user experience through maintaining system user interface, customizing theming, and eliciting user feedback.
- Acts as the Subject Matter Expert for the LMS at Bosselman.
- Follows detailed procedures and ensure accuracy in documentation and data; concentrate on routine work details and organize and maintain a system of records.
- Coordinates facilitators, materials, and administrative support for instructor-led training offerings.
- Acts as a producer for virtual instructor-led training courses.
- Performs content mapping against performance behaviors and curriculum outlines.
- Maintains confidentiality; ensure information is handled discreetly and data protected.
- Assists the Learning, Development, and Inclusion team with internal communications and training needs requests.
- Assists department team members as needed.
