The Shuttle Driver is responsible for transporting passengers to and from designated locations in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and well-organized vehicle, and providing exceptional customer service to passengers.

Responsibilities
- Transports passengers to and from designated locations in a safe and timely manner.
- Follows pre-planned routes and schedules to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
- Assists passengers with loading and unloading of luggage and other items.
- Maintains cleanliness and safety of the shuttle vehicle.
- Conducts regular inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Reports any vehicle malfunctions or maintenance needs to the appropriate department.
- Adheres to all traffic laws and regulations while driving the shuttle vehicle.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Provides excellent customer service to passengers with a smile, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Reports for work in a timely manner when scheduled.
Additional Job Duties:
- Assists with other duties, as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience (include certs or licenses needed):
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One to three years of experience driving a shuttle is preferred.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid driver's license, a clean driving record and be insurance to drive.
- Ability to operate a passenger van or shuttle bus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow directions and schedules.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to communicate in English. – IF APPLICABLE
- Able and willing to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service.
- Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members.
