Hours & Employment Status
- Full-Time, Salary, Exempt Status Employee
- Monday through Friday
- Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, extended hours as required
- Travel is Required - Majority is Local Travel with the possibility of travel across the U.S.

- Salary Compensation
- Pay Range: $45,000 - $65,000 Annually

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Strong Written & Verbal Communication
- 1 Years Experience in Customer Service or Information Technology
- Experience with a POS or CRM System
- General Knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical Systems
- Strong Written & Verbal Communication
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Abilities
- Exceptional Problem-Solving & Organizational Skills
- Great Attention to Detail and Time Management Skills
- Outstanding ability to multi-task; requiring adaptability & flexibility.
- Excellent people skills with both clients and coworkers.

Essential Duties and Functions:
- Perform on-site installations of laser equipment, ensuring proper setup, calibration, and functionality.
- Develop and deliver training programs to clients, educating them on the operation and maintenance of laser systems.
- Provide ongoing technical assistance to clients in the field when required or necessary, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems.
- Maintain comprehensive records of training sessions, installations, and technical support interactions, contributing to a knowledge base for reference and continuous improvement.
- Enforce and adhere to safety and compliance protocols for laser systems, ensuring a secure and compliant working environment for clients.
- Support customers in addressing their unique application requirements and optimizing their operational processes.
- Suggest supplementary accessories and services to enhance the customer's experience.
- Establish and continually update a comprehensive knowledge of CO2 and FM machine lines, encompassing safety protocols, maintenance procedures, operational intricacies, and software functionality.
- Foster positive client relationships by delivering exceptional service and addressing their laser technology needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience and address client requirements effectively.
- Possess the capability to identify machinery problems and devise innovative solutions for their resolution
- Stay updated on the latest developments in laser technology and industry trends to enhance technical expertise.
- Report recurring field issues or failures to the leadership team for review and resolution.
- Generate and upkeep cost reports related to travel expenses in the field, upload travel receipts.
- Ensure that all equipment and materials are properly maintained and used in accordance with safety protocols.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure and compliant working environment.
- Adhere to safety and compliance protocols related to Boss Laser machines, maintaining a secure and safe working environment.
- Uphold quality standards in mechanical design & manufacturing processes to deliver reliable & high-performance laser systems.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while respecting customer privacy and data protection regulations.
- Other unexpected or unplanned duties as requested, assigned, or directed.
