What You’ll Be Doing:
- Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and train a team of sales setters who generate leads through door-to-door interactions.
- Daily Coordination: Meet with your team daily at our office to run correlation meetings, assign territories, and strategize for success.
- Training & Development: Provide hands-on coaching to enhance the team's sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
- Performance Management: Track team progress, set goals, and drive accountability to ensure maximum performance.
- Field Support: Work alongside the team in the field to provide guidance, demonstrate best practices, and boost morale.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the closing sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
