Commercial Truck Service Advisor

Responsibilities/ Qualifications:

- Respond to Incoming Customer Emails and phone calls
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service

- Able to work Well in a team environment

-Ability to build a rapport with customers and co-workers

- Set Service appointments using calendar program
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Perform vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles throughout the repair process
- Under the direction of the service manager will create repair estimates and present to customer.

- Recommend additional services or products that may benefit the customer
- Process payments and handle cashier Functions

- Mon-Friday 7:00a- 5:00pm

Experience:
- Previous experience with Heavy Truck/ commercial vehicles preferred.
- Strong communication and follow up skills, must be detail oriented.
- General Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and automotive repair procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

- Commercial drivers license class B or higher Preferred but not required
