As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of our firm, responsible for developing relationships with prospective clients, guiding them through our high-end renovation and new home construction services, and ultimately driving new business. Your role will be critical in ensuring a seamless client experience from initial contact through project initiation, working closely with our design and construction teams to align client needs with our expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to attract high-net-worth clients seeking luxury residential renovations and new home builds.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Conduct initial client consultations to understand project needs, budgets, and expectations.
- Communicate the unique value of Boston Architects & Builders' design-build approach and craftsmanship.
- Collaborate with the architecture and construction teams to ensure seamless client handoff and project alignment.
- Work with firm owner to develop sales and marketing materials and workflow for new client acquisitions.
- Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and contracts in alignment with company goals and client expectations.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity using CRM tools and provide regular reports on performance metrics.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities within the luxury residential construction sector.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within high-end residential construction, architecture, or luxury real estate.
- Strong understanding of residential construction processes and the ability to communicate technical aspects effectively to clients.
- Ability to effectively communicate architectural fees and potential construction budgets, based on experience with estimating costs.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and industry professionals.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Teams, and BuilderTrend is a plus.
- Ability to commute to our Boston office and client project sites (approx. 45-minute commute radius preferred).
