What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Nanny/Household Manager Needed for Busy Family position at Boston Baby Nurse and Nanny?
Sweet family in Mendon is looking for a fun-loving and experienced Full Time Nanny/Household Manager for their 4 children (ages 8, 6, 5, and 4 years old). The 5 year old resides at the house Saturday through Tuesday. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, First Aid/CPR certified, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience. The oldest child has autism, and the younger children have speech delays so candidates with backgrounds in ABA/ST/OT would do well in this role! While the children are in school and daycare, the nanny will help with household tasks including running errands, doing laundry, emptying the dishwasher, home organization etc. The nanny will help with school pick up so a clean driving record and valid ID and insurance are required, and parking is available. When the children get home, responsibilities will include after-school activities and therapies, snack and dinner prep, help with bathing and bedtime routines etc. The family has a pool so candidates must be comfortable with swimming and water supervision. Mom works from home in a separate office. The ideal candidate will be patient, flexible, a strong communicator, and will foster the children's social, emotional and overall development. There are three small, hypoallergenic dogs in the home so candidates should be pet friendly. Schedule: M-F 12:00pm-8:00pm (flexibility for a later start) Rate: $35-$40/hr. Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 5 paid sick days, paid holidays. Start: 7/1 (flexibility for slightly later start)
