What You'll Do
- Conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments to guide individualized treatment planning
- Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior support plans
- Oversee and support the implementation of programming by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure quality and consistency
- Supervise, mentor, and train RBTs, fostering their professional development and clinical success
- Monitor client progress using data-driven decision-making and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Provide family training and support to encourage skill generalization and support treatment goals
- Collaborate with families, RBTs, and other professionals such as speech therapists and occupational therapists to ensure cohesive care
Education/Experience and Other Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active Massachusetts Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) credential, or eligibility to obtain
- Reliable access to technology (laptop, internet) for communication and data management
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience designing treatment plans and intervention programs
- Strong supervisory, mentoring, and communication skills
- Proficiency with technology for tracking data and designing effective programs
