We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to support our team in various administrative and financial tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Utilize financial software, specifically QuickBooks and Printers Plan, to input data and generate reports.
- Conduct account reconciliations.
- Provide general clerical support, including filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries by answering phones and scheduling deliveries.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a financial or accounting environment.
- Proficiency in financial software, particularly Quickbooks and Printers Plan is desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
