Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, in a timely manner.
- Estimate jobs, follow up and enter orders
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist with outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or issues.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues effectively.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly.
Skills
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
- Experience in print estimating and client services or customer support roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with office software and computerized systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining quality service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
