As a Deli Chef, you will be responsible for creating a variety of sandwiches goods, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities

• Prepare with artistic flair to meet customer specifications.
• Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in flavor and presentation.
• Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper hygiene practices.
• Operate equipment such as ovens, mixers safely and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies; assist with ordering when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate production schedules for catering events or special orders.
• Keep the prep area clean and organized, following all health regulations.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of food safety practices.
• Proficient with knife skills for precise cutting.
• Culinary expertise with an emphasis on techniques.
• Experience in Deli Prep with an eye for detail.
• Familiarity with food production processes in a restaurant or catering environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Passion for the culinary arts and creativity in recipe development.
• Previous experience in the pastry field is preferred but not required.
