Summary
The Academic Advisor plays a critical role in supporting the infrastructure of Boston CDL School LLC. This position is responsible for student enrollment, business development, and ensuring seamless coordination between various departments, including sales, marketing, and operations. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current students, assisting them throughout the enrollment process and ensuring they have smooth educational experience. Additionally, you will provide direct support to the Program Director and course instructors.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for all incoming calls and student inquiries.
- Guide prospective students through the enrollment process and register them for courses.
- Effectively explain program offerings and promote course enrollment.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless student experience.
- Schedule road tests for students and assist with necessary paperwork.
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Program Director.
- Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and following up with prospective students.
Compensation
- Salary: $3,500,000 commission on student enrollments.
You will be responsible to pay for all of your own benefits.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
