Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the driving school, ensuring smooth workflows and compliance with all industry regulations and standards.
• Mentor and manage CDL instructors, fostering professional growth and excellence.
• Monitor and drive student progress and success, ensuring high satisfaction and graduation rates.
• Manage and oversee the profit and loss (P&L) for the school, ensuring financial health and sustainable growth.
• Lead business development efforts to identify new opportunities and establish strategic partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with all licensure and educational record-keeping requirements.
• Spearhead the scaling of the school regionally or nationally, driving growth and innovation.
• Implement and track key performance metrics, ensuring accountability and results.
• Leverage tools such as QuickBooks, Zoho, and Microsoft Suite to streamline operations.
• Champion a culture of diversity, inclusion, and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Familiarity with training, education, or CDL driving industries, including knowledge of regulations and standards.
• Leadership: Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, with experience managing hybrid and virtual teams.
• Startup and Scaling: Demonstrated experience in launching new ventures, scaling businesses, and managing P&L.
• Business Development: Track record of creating and implementing new business and contracts.
• Financial Acumen: Experience in resource allocation, budget management, and financial forecasting.
• Adaptability: Skilled in crisis management, change management, and navigating evolving business conditions.
• Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of educational records and licensure requirements.
• Technology Proficiency: Expertise in QuickBooks, Zoho, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
• Project Management: Strong organizational and independent working capabilities.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with a passion for serving diverse communities.
• Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to communicate effectively with employees, students, and clients from all backgrounds.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience implementing EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or willingness to learn.
• Background in warehouse-office environments.
• Track record of employee and client retention rates over 95%.
