Roles and Responsibilities:
- Constantly identify new contacts, revenue channels and leads.
- Efficiently uses a variety of technical prospecting tools (such as ZoomInfo or LinkedIn).
- Diligently prospects through cold calling, referrals, and social media leads.
- Continuously follows up on inquiries, leads and quotes to generate new sales opportunities.
- Smoothly collaborates within a territory team.
- Contributes to the sales plan strategy and maximizes revenue opportunities.
- Resolves operations issues for customers and always strives to exceed customer expectations.
- Provides quotes in a timely manner, tracks quotes, and converts quotes to orders.
- Builds, manages, tracks and drives an organized sales pipeline.
- Provides input on customer needs, product feedback, and market trends.
- Maintains KPIs (call volume, prospecting activity, quote accuracy, and revenue generation).
- As needed, travels to visit key Customers or Prospects.
