What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry to OR, Lexington/Needham March Cohort position at Boston Children's Hospital?
This Staff Nurse will be responsible for :
- Perioperative care in circulating and scrub roles in an ambulatory surgery setting.
- Providing clinical support and resources.
- Working collaboratively in a family-centered perioperative environment.

Join a unique entry to OR training program! Nurses will receive didactic learning through AORN Periop 101. This combined with clinical orientation will prepare the RN to function in the circulator and scrub roles in the operating room.
This position will start in BCH Lexington and transition to BCH Needham upon completion of the ambulatory care building (anticipated to open late 2025).
