About the Role: As a Senior MRI Technologist at Boston Children's Hospital, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients. You will be responsible for performing complex MRI procedures, reviewing requisitions, and selecting appropriate equipment and technical parameters.
Responsibilities:
- Perform complex MRI procedures on a scheduled and emergency basis
- Review and evaluate requisitions for MRI imaging procedures
- Select appropriate equipment and technical parameters to identify pathologic and normal anatomy
- Assess patients' physical and emotional status and develop a care plan
- Explain the examination process to patients and parents
Requirements:
- Registered Radiologic Technologist- MRI certification
- Associates Degree: Allied Health
- 3 years of experience working as an MRI Technologist
