Boston Children's Hospital is committed to providing high-quality care to our patients, and we are seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician Adolescent and Young Adult Services to join our Adolescent/Young Adult Primary Care Clinic. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide essential outpatient services, including psychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy, and crisis intervention for adolescents and young adults.
This role requires a Master's Degree in Social Work, with a focus on clinical mental health experience, as well as the ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have experience working with children, adolescents, and families, and possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
About the Position
- Provide psychosocial assessments and ongoing individual, group, and family psychotherapy to our population with Medicaid insurance
- Assist patients with care coordination
- Crisis intervention, stabilization, and support for patients in clinic
- Provide resource information and referral
