The Program Coordinator II Will Be Responsible For
- Ensuring smooth daily operations of the Division of Cardiac Anesthesia, including answering calls and welcoming visitors
- Serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; referring inquiries to others, as needed
- preparing the preliminary clinical assignment schedule, and working with division leadership to finalize before distributing
- Accurately tracking incentive shifts and time off requests, preparing related report(s)
- Planning and executing division events, such as workshops, meetings, and monthly staff appreciation
- assisting faculty with ad-hoc requests: e.g. formatting documents, submitting reimbursements, printing posters
- Preparing or assisting in the preparation of periodic reports and records on program activities, progress, status, or other special reports for management or outside agencies.
- May evaluate program effectiveness to develop improved methods.
- May review applications or other program documents independently or in conjunction with supervisor to determine acceptance or make decisions pertaining to program.
- Associate’s Degree. (Bachelors preferred)
- 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Conflict resolution skills to facilitate positive interactions with the organization
- Organizational skills to effectively organize workload, manage time and resources and schedule and prioritize projects.
