The opportunity
The College COACH summer internship is a paid program running from Monday, June 9-Friday, August 8, 2025. In addition to on-the-job training and work experience, the program includes workshops and additional development programs. College students will work 35 hours/week.
The intern will be working within the Stem Cell Program within Hematology/Oncology

The intern will be working within the Stem Cell Program within Hematology/Oncology
What You’ll Do
- The intern will support the research studies of Kim Lab PhD students and postdocs
- This position is fully onsite
- The intern will have developed laboratory techniques in organoid culturing, microscopy, mouse work, etc.
- They will have also developed interpersonal collaborative skills in working with other lab members, discussing research, and presenting their work
- You are an undergraduate college student interested working in healthcare
- Understanding of biological principles, basic techniques, lab safety, and productive collaboration
- Internship opportunities: We aim to have all summer internship opportunities posted by February 28. They will be posted on a rolling basis as managers determine their availability to host an intern.
- Resume review & interviews: Applications will be screened, forwarded to managers as appropriate, and interviews will be scheduled.
- Offer decision: We will follow up within one week of your interview.
- Onboarding: Those selected for the internship program will complete onboarding by May to ensure a smooth start to the program.
