Seeking a Full Time LPN for BCHP's Pediatric Office in Orangeburg, NY. Pay rate $27/hr-$30/hr, negotiable based on experience. Position will be 40 hours per week, evening and weekend availability required. Increased rate for weekend and evening hours.

Job Description:
- Perform and accurately record patients' vitals such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, weight, vision, hearing.
- Prepare, administer and record medications and vaccines
- Documentation of Clinical Data
- Follow up on lab results
- Triage Phone calls
- Completion of school forms
