The Bridge to Consulting Workshop is for freshman (first year) and sophomore (second year) students who have demonstrated a commitment to creating an environment of inclusion and respect for the individual and who have a unique perspective or background. Participants will have the opportunity to explore life as an Associate at BCG, and learn more about the consulting industry as a whole. They will also have the chance to interact with consultants from our Employee Networks, including the Black Latinx@BCG and Indigenous@BCG Networks, who will share more about their experience and work.

Characteristics Of a Bridge To Consulting Candidate
- Current sophomore (second year) students at a U.S. or Canadian university who expect to graduate in 2027
- Demonstrated commitment to creating an environment of inclusion and respect for the individual and/or demonstrated unique perspective or background
- Outstanding academic achievement
- Passionate and natural problem solvers
- Strong leadership skills and team players
- Excellent communication skills
