What You'll Do
As a Senior Knowledge Analyst (SKA) within BCG's Marketing, Sales and Pricing practice area you will work in a growing global team, providing digital marketing expertise and insights while working together with Marketing case teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis and expert support. You’ll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues.
Additionally, you will support the Marketing topic in developing existing & new intellectual property and knowledge assets. You will work on commercialization efforts for the topic/sector, in conjunction with business leaders, supporting marketing efforts, conferences and publications. As a Senior Knowledge Analyst you will assist with on-boarding, training and guiding junior colleagues and share best practices within the team.

YOU'RE GOOD AT
- Solving client problems through formulating relevant research and/or analytical approaches in digital marketing
- Codifying knowledge and maintaining assets and tools for the Marketing topic based on different client contexts
- Communicating with both internal and external senior stakeholders, in a credible and confident way
- Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic that is frequently virtual; proficient in agile ways of working
- Flexibility and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideas
- Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity; strong multitasking and prioritization skills to efficiently manage workload
- Working proactively and independently to timelines; resourceful in leveraging tools, materials, other experts, etc to deliver against a deadline
- 2 years of consulting experience in digital marketing required; candidates with consulting experience preferred
- In lieu of consulting experience, 2 years minimum industry experience required; 3-6 years of industry experience strongly preferred
- Previous experience in a performance marketing team client-side or at a digital marketing agency, platform, or other relevant company required
- Strong quantitative skills running analyses and building models; ability to translate data into powerful insights for clients
- Understanding of digital marketing ecosystem, channels, KPIs, and best-in-class strategies; hands on experience with Google Ads/SA360, Meta, Amazon Ads, and/or DSP/DMP platforms
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment
- Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.
We expect total annualized compensation for Chicago based employees to be approximately the following:
- Base salary between $100,500- $108,500 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level
- Annual discretionary performance bonus between 0-24%
- 5% Profit Sharing Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution, increasing to 10% after two years of service. Contributions are vested immediately and there is no waiting period
