What You'll Do
- Being a collaborative team player: Co-ops will work across the full team and assist teammates with completing ad hoc deliverables in a timely manner, lead independent sub-projects, and help to plan and coordinate meetings and other large team events
- Driving to insight via analysis: Co-ops will apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills, hypothesis-driven thinking, judgement, and creativity to problem-solve and provide senior leadership with actionable analysis
- Staying organized: Our team touches many pieces of the business that will require co-ops to be flexible and efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced environment
What You'll Bring
- Preferably a sophomore or above with strong academic performance
- Good problem solving and analytical skills with an attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel; experience with PowerPoint, Slack, Outlook, Business Objects, Tableau, or Alteryx a plus
- Proactive, resourceful, self-starter who takes initiative
- Prior work/co-op experience a plus
- Must be currently enrolled in the Northeastern University Co-op program
- Must be able to work full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the minimum duration of the co-op cycle
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
