About the Role
We are looking for a Business Operations Support Specialist to join our Washington and FED office teams. As a key member of our Operational Excellence Team, you will provide critical support through Concierge, Meeting Support, Affiliation and Facilities roles.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our offices, working closely with the Operations Director and Office Experience Team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing processes to capture, document, and maintain information relevant to OE projects, analyzing data to determine trends and potential areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to the Operations Director.
In addition, you will:
- Manage Digital Tools for the team, such as SharePoint sites and Slack workspaces.
- Partner with the Concierge team to coordinate in-office and offsite meetings, ensuring seamless logistical support for every detail.
- Serve on the office's Incident Response Team, supporting regular reviews of safety and security plans and related preparations.
