A Luxury Limousine Company Boston Corporate Coach is seeking a highly professional and experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team. We are a high-end worldwide limousine company, providing luxury transportation to VIP clients. Car Service/Limousine Service is a HUGE plus!!!!!
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for taking and managing reservations, answering calls, and providing unparalleled customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, and therefore must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think on your feet and handle any situation that may arise in a fast paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the luxury transportation or hospitality industry. Knowledge of worldwide geography and fluency in English.
