Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the transportation business, including scheduling, dispatch, and fleet management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving any issues promptly
- Manage and train staff, including chauffeurs and administrative personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards
- Collaborate with clients and affiliates to ensure timely and professional service delivery
- Optimize and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and service quality
- Manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Maintain and update operational documentation, policies, and procedures
- Monitor and uphold compliance with all relevant local, national, and international regulations
- Foster strong relationships with key partners and clients
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within the transportation or luxury service industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive and problem-solving approach
- Experience with fleet management and logistics
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with transportation management software or similar systems
- Flexibility and willingness to work outside regular business hours when necessary
