  • 3 years experience troubleshooting root cause analysis
  • Excellent communication, multi-tasking, & teamwork ability

  • Meraki Device & Meraki Web Dashboard familiarity

    • Job Description :

  • Understanding our in-store network design and equipment in both brands
  • Supporting and troubleshooting our in-store networks and devices
  • Running PowerShell packet captures and analyzing in Wireshark
  • Leading support calls for troubleshooting store issues, engaging the vendor or Retail network team as needed
  • Understanding restaurant technology in store and how it connects and utilizes the network
  • Utilizing network tools to monitor and validate network issues in our stores
  • Managing the network within our lab partnering with the Retail Network Team
  • Creating technical documentation and knowledge articles and training for our Support teams
  • Forming cross-functional relationships and communications with our network vendor, network team, and support teams
  • Familiar with Meraki devices and Meraki Web Dashboard
  • Understanding of Windows Firewall for Windows 10 / Windows 11
  • Understanding and troubleshooting in-store Wireless Network
  • Understanding and troubleshooting Cellular and Satellite Network devices
