Duties

- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests are noted.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and wine pairings.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines for food handling.
- Assist in banquet or catering events as needed, providing excellent service to large groups.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry is preferred, particularly in fine dining or banquet settings.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
