Duck Tour Driver

Sign-on Bonus: Full Time - $2000, Part Time -$1000

April - November Schedule with Year-round Medical & Dental Benefits

Your primary responsibility is safely driving our Guests aboard a replica WWII amphibious Duck. A separate Narrator will give the tour. You will follow a predetermined route leaving from one of our three departure locations, beginning the day in Dorchester at our Garage.

Responsibilities:

• Safely drive our replica WWII vehicles
• Complete a daily Circle Check for your vehicle, including using a creeper.
• Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations
• Maintain a clean driving record both in season and off season
• Work in tandem with our Narrator and Captain partner to offer a safe experience on land and water

Schedule: 

• This is a Seasonal Role, with an option to be invited season after season (March - November). 
• Full Time: 4 Days per week (weekends will be required) 12 Hour Shift. 
• Part Time: 2 Days per week (weekends will be required) 12 Hour Shift.

Pay:

• $30.00 per hour.
• Paid Training Provided
• Eligible for safety and year end performance bonus plans

Qualifications & Perks

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement (required)
• Able to pass pre-employment DOT Drug Test
• A clean driving history
• Current DOT Medical Card
• Must be 21 years old
• Ability to work as a part of a team
• Ability to sit for long periods of time and tolerate a wide range of weather conditions.
• Able to effectively communicate in English with the general public, law enforcement and emergency personnel when needed
• Boating experience a plus but not required
• Must be able to lift 45 lbs.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
