  • Troubleshoot and identify root causes of electrical system failures in sub-assemblies and complete robots.
  • Create repair runbooks and procedures with minimal engineering guidance. Identify detailed electrical issues and recommend corrective actions to design engineers.
  • Iterate and improve upon prototype designs in collaboration with design engineers to progress designs from initial prototype toward reproducible assemblies with good quality control.
  • Plan repair equipment, work spaces, and project timelines in coordination with managers and engineers to ensure the environment and equipment necessary to accomplish project goals related to creation and timely repair of prototype robots.
  • Lead the technical aspects of repair projects by offering guidance and support to the team. Facilitate the resolution of challenges by addressing knowledge gaps, providing timely answers to pressing questions, and establishing or optimizing processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with the Manager / Technical Program / Project Manager to define project goals, scope, and requirements. Develop comprehensive work schedules that ensure team members are aligned and aware of their responsibilities and timelines.
