What are the responsibilities and job description for the Industry 40 Business Analyst - Senior position at Boston Engineering Corporation?
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sr. Industry 4.0 Analyst with expertise in business analysis and prior experience in project and / or program management. In this role you will support our Industry 4.0 Supplier initiatives by analyzing participants business processes driving the adoption of digital transformation solutions and collaborating on innovative projects that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
In this role you will :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather document and validate business requirements aligned with Industry 4.0 objectives.
- Analyze current business processes to identify opportunities for automation digitization and operational improvement.
- Design and deliver process flow diagrams use cases and visual models to support digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop and present business cases and project proposals ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and Industry 4.0 trends.
- Support the implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT advanced analytics and smart manufacturing systems.
- Manage and oversee project teams ensuring deliverables are met on time within scope and on budget.
- Perform data analysis to assess the impact of digital solutions and provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support system rollouts to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation in alignment with best practices in project management methodologies.
- Stay current with Industry 4.0 trends tools and technologies bringing innovative ideas to the team and organization.
