Discipline Operations Specialist

Pantex is one of six production facilities in the National Nuclear Security Administration’s Nuclear Security Enterprise.

Responsibilities: 

Responsible for providing Conduct of Operations and Conduct of Maintenance field observations and reporting, readiness certification and assurance reviews, and lead U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) O 422.1, Conduct of Operations assessments focused on compliance and adherence. Daily face-to-face interactions at the shop floor level to evaluate, advise, and coach employees on operational best business practices and Conduct of Operations principles and expectations.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor of Art/ Bachelor Science.
• 5 - 9 years of experience.
• Must be a US citizen.
• Successful drug screening.
• An active DOE Q clearance or an equivalent clearance from another government agency.

Location/Work Arrangement:

• This position is fully onsite at Pantex, Amarillo, TX.
