We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to drive the growth and development of BGE’s countertop products within the New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont markets, focusing on fabricators and kitchen & bath (K&B) professionals. This role will be key in expanding sales and increasing margins for our products.
Salary: $50k - $60k base, plus commission opportunities
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some weekends and overtime may be required based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
To succeed in this role, the candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Gain a deep understanding of our products, competitors, and how to effectively position our offerings to overcome competitive challenges.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers within your assigned territory.
- Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities with current customers and prospects.
- Provide accurate price quotes, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales contracts for customer orders.
- Resolve customer issues, including delivery, returns, and credits, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers about our products and provide training as necessary.
- Manage displays, samples, and other sales tools to support customers.
- Utilize marketing materials such as catalogs, brochures, and vendor collateral to increase product visibility and sales.
- Attend trade shows and industry events as required.
- Travel 80% of the time within the assigned sales territory.
- Perform additional duties as requested.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- At least Experience in Sales in industries such as natural stone, quartz, interior design, or building products is preferred.
- Strong math skills to handle figures such as discounts, commissions, percentages, area, and volume.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Intermediate proficiency in computer software (Microsoft Office, CRM tools, etc.).
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection.
- Bilingual in
