What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Project Manager position at Boston Group Executive Offices?
Maximize project efficiency and profitability.Lead, direct, and supervise the project team to successfully execute project completion- includes overall plan direction with a critical focus on financial and operational priorities and owner and labor relationships.Act as the primary liaison with owners, architects and engineers.Communicate with owners, architects and subcontractors related to project risk, timetables, costs / budgets, and change management.Work collaboratively with the job site Superintendent to meet owner expectations.Develop and implement overall project work schedules identifying the critical path to successful completion.Ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements.Provide leadership in motivating the project team and maintain a positive work environment.Perform constructability and coordination reviews.Perform pre-construction planning, scheduling and cost control.Prepare monthly reports including cost, schedule, safety, cash flow, etc. for internal and / or external use.Prepare contingency plans for potential risks, expanding contractual services and project profit.Other duties as assigned.
