Management Recruiters is currently looking for a Director of Site Management for our client in Connecticut. Candidate should have 20 years of experience with commercial, residential, municipal, educational, recreational, industrial and federal projects.Including coordination and management of multi-disciplinary teams of 5-10 design professionals for the design, permitting, and construction of a wide range of project types.Technical aspects included utility design & coordination, roadway design, site development engineering, drainage design.In addition, maintained and fostered relationships with clients, cross-sold services to existing clients, and performed business development tasks through RFP development and proposal writing.Candidates must have a Bachelors in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
