Job Overview
We are a new and fast growing company looking to add a technician to help out primarily on nights and weekends. We have more work than we can handle and are looking to grow our team. Bonus pay available.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead Technician to join our team in the restoration industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water damage restoration.
This role requires an individual who has experiene in water loss claims and can lead a job from start to finish. The Lead Technician will be responsible for overseeing restoration projects, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate restoration projects
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete restoration tasks.
- Conduct thorough assessments of affected areas to determine the extent of damage and necessary restoration procedures.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in the restoration industry.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and regulations, including asbestos abatement when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas during and after project completion.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and any necessary adjustments.
- Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the restoration industry, specifically in water damage
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment used in the restoration process.
- Proficiency in using power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Night shift
