Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the property is operating efficiently by overseeing day-to-day operations, including maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
- Comply with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to maintain property standards and negotiate service agreements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring lease compliance.
- Conduct regular property inspections and follow up on tenant issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain property grounds, equipment rooms, and common areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
- Develop and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability.
- Identify opportunities to enhance property value, such as tenant improvements or operational efficiencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience in property management, preferably within industrial or commercial real estate.
- Strong knowledge of lease administration and property operations.
