Responsibilities
- Clear identification and tracking of success criteria and validation plans for initiatives
- Cross organization alignment, coordination and prioritization on all aspects of complex hardware and software initiatives
- Tracking and reporting on initiative risks, status, blockers, and needs
- Management of project managers and technical writers
- Tracking of resource utilization, materials and interfacing with procurement/commercial/finance teams as needed
Requirements
- B.S. degree
- Bring 8 years of experience in a program manager role
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
- History of experience managing complex projects with hardware and software aspects
- Experience communicating status to C-level executives
Nice to Haves
- Experience running a PMO office
- Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings
- Engineering background
- Experience with electromechanical and/or robotics products
