At Ashley HomeStore, we take an enterprise approach to ensure we are available at every customer touch point – from point-of-sale to delivery, and beyond. As a Customer Experience (CX) Professional, you will support the completion of customer orders throughout Wisconsin, both in-person and over the phone!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Represent our company with effective customer communication.
- Administrative support of customer orders created by our sales and operations teams.

What you will be doing each day:
Create an Experience:
- Support customers in person and over the phone.
- Answer general inquiries.
- Maintain CX Store Operations standards.
- Virtual partnership with our enterprise CX Team.
- Operate customer communication technology.
Order Management:
- Assist sales professionals in completing orders for fulfillment.
- Troubleshoot and provide resolution paths.
- Schedule customers for pick-up and delivery.
Money Management:
- Daily cash balancing.
- Processing payments.
- Submit financing paperwork.

- Experience with keyboarding skills and basic Microsoft Word skills.
