Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels across all store locations.
- Track stock movements, conduct audits, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Assist in inventory forecasting and ordering to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Work closely with store managers and the warehouse team to ensure smooth stock distribution.
- Use inventory management software to track and report on stock levels.
- Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and suggest solutions.
- Assist in annual and cycle inventory counts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
Qualifications & Skills
?? Previous experience in inventory management, retail stock control, or logistics.
?? Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
?? Proficiency in inventory software and Excel.
?? Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
?? Excellent communication and organizational skills.
?? Experience in furniture retail is a plus.
