Patient Services Representative

We currently have Full Time openings for Patient Services Representatives in our Waltham fertility center.
The Patient Services Representative communicates directly with individuals and couples who are interested in learning more about their fertility treatment options and the services offered at Boston IVF. This role is 100% phone-based and is the perfect opportunity for those who value advising individuals of their treatment options. Responsibilities include fielding phone and web inquiries from individuals who would like to know more about Boston IVF’s fertility treatment services, need basic pre-treatment path advice, or would like to book an appointment.
The role requires excellent telephone and customer service skills, empathy, professionalism, computer skills, and a willingness to learn more about fertility care and the state-of-the-art options that are available to individuals and couples looking to start a family.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- 100% telephone interactions
- Fielding phone and web inquiries from individuals who would like to know more about Boston IVF’s fertility treatment services
- Provide general pre-treatment path advice, treatment/technologies info, and Boston IVF-practice information
- Schedule initial consultations in scheduling system
- Reporting and tracking of all patient referral sources and interactions
- Processing and tracking new patient paperwork, medical records, and insurance referrals
Job Requirements and Skills:
- Upbeat, professional phone manner
- High School Diploma (minimum)
- 1-2 Years Customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (2 years minimum experience)
- Call center experience working directly with patients 1-on-1 a plus (but not required)
- Healthcare environment a plus (but not required)
- Experience with customer relationship management software a plus, specifically Salesforce (but not required)
- Flu Vaccinations required
- Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
