What are the responsibilities and job description for the residential real estate attorney position at Boston Law firm?
Law firm looking to hire real estate attorney. Must be willing to do a lot of networking with realtors, mortgage brokers, financial advisers, and bankers . Must attend open houses on weekends and nights and plan events for realtors. Meet with realtors Boston to Cape cod.
Draft and negotiate purchase and sales agreements, review/draft condo documents, deal with title defects, and close loans so a car is needed. Salary, referral program, health benefits, IRA, healthy marketing budget. Must have a valid MA bar license and be a notary. We have offices in Boston and Duxbury but can work remote for the right candidate. Must submit cover letter, resume, and reference
